Went to Yong Xin 永新鲍鱼粿條 in Taman Ungku Tun Aminah this morning for brekky.
We opted for Yong Xin's signature Abalone Kway Teow RM12+ per serving.
The soup is watery but loaded with savoury sweetness, actually slightly too sweet for my liking.
Part of the sweetness came from the many ingredients in the soup - there were fresh prawn (1 only with shell on), pig stomach, fresh oyster,
