Judging by the perpetual queue at the stall, Hin Fried Hor Fun with Prawn Beef Sliced Fish is one of the stalwarts at Ghim Moh food centre (itself one of Singapore's best loved food haunts). I love Cantonese style beef hor fun and is always on the lookout for good stalls. (Quite hard to find good hor fun in Singapore. Please share with me your favourites.)
