We had the famous cheap and good roast piglet from Yan Chuan Roaster @ 3020 Ubi Ave 2. I enjoyed it.
Bite size pieces.
Each piece has golden brown skin which is as crackly crisp as it looks. Soft fat and tender, juicy white meat.
The marination and seasoning was somewhat flat, mildly savoury. Most of the flavour came from the fat and white meat which was naturally sweet. If you pay close attention, there's a subtle baby milky smell. You won't really notice, if you are busy chatting and guzzling beer. I didn't use any of the savoury or chili dips.
