Arnold's fried chicken reminds me of why we fell in love with the good old Kentucky Fried Chicken decades ago with Colonel Sanders' original herbs and spice recipe.
The skin was fried to a golden brown crisp. The skin had a nice crispy texture and a light savouriness from herbs and spices (without the usual tongue numbing heavy saltiness of American style fast food).
